The Sattel family provides an incredible degree of flexibility and adaptability as pieces can be moved and rearranged to match any desired configuration.

“The shift toward hybrid work and active classrooms has created a greater need for control and flexibility within our environments,” said Josh Sweazy, Director of Sales for SIXINCH® USA. “We wanted to create a product that can be deployed to support collaboration and connection between students and coworkers while having the ability to recede or have a second use in the space when not needed.”

Create a soft colorful stack of Sattel stools that are ready to be deployed at a moment’s notice or nest the Sattels on the Sattel Bank (bench) to provide even more seating. The quiet handle, lightweight construction, and plush comfortable sit make for a unique solution that empowers users to make their space work for them. From serendipitous pop-up seating to break-out collaboration sessions. The Sattel is designed to accommodate many uses through its ease of stacking, ease of carrying (lightweight), plush comfort, and striking aesthetic. If you require more mobility, stack Sattel stools on the Wagen and take your classroom or work session anywhere you desire. The Wagen features smooth motion swiveling casters and a handle to help guide the way.

SIXINCH USA’s goal is to reduce impacts to human and environment health by evaluation and control of chemicals of concern in our processes and facilities.

Comparing materials and chemicals found on the Red List we find that SIXINCH products meet the criteria for specification of Living Building Challenge buildings. The Living Building ChallengeSM 2.1 is a complex initiative and is not limited to compliance with a list of materials and chemicals, but clearly states the intent of environmental responsibility in product design and specification. For SIXINCH this is an on-going commitment and will involve continuous improvement.

We look forward to sharing more about our journey to even deeper sustainability. For more information visit our Environmental/Testing Information page.
